My goals specifically are to gain 5 to 10 kgs of muscle while cutting my BF percentage from 13-14% to 10%. I'm on the SL5.5 strength training programme and a slow carb diet, but I'm also looking around for other exercises/training to add to that, and just to have fun with.
It's a broad question, I know, but I guess I was just seeking some opinions on this particular workout. Pierre Spies has the reputation around these parts for being a phenomenal athlete, and it would be awesome to be able to blast through this routine at the kind of speed he can, but that would never be an end in itself.
