Chown /var/lib/nfs/statd/sm to choose different user rpcinfo -p serverip gives No remote programs registered. Checked showmount -e on server it showing that share. all services and daemon are up and running on both client and server. Note: when i am restarting nfs service on client its shutdown shows not ok but started ok - On Server: mount -t nfs server:/tmp/pctest/ /mnt/ no error and share sucessfuly mounted rpcinfo -p shows right output I have tried to add another share but same issue not able to mount from client - No soft link i am sharing its a proper partition.
